Board Of Directors
 
The Board of Directors for Banks Fire District consists of five residents or property owners who are elected by the public. They are responsible for establishing fire district policy through the passage of resolutions and ordinances. The Board also adopts the district budget, approves appropriations and levies taxes.
 Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm at Station 13 located at 13430 NW Main Street, Banks. Agendas are posted prior to the meeting, and minutes are posted following approval.
 The District shall make a good faith effort to have an interpreter available for hearing impaired persons provided the person requesting the interpreter gives the District at least 48 hours notice. Please contact Kari Erwert at karie@banksfire.org or 503-324-6262 extension 4 to make such a request.
